If you want to use my songs in your projects:

• If my songs are under a label: check the terms of the label. I'm not responsible for your usage of my songs. If the label don't hold copyrights under it's music, then the rules apply normally


• If my songs were made before Neptune: i decided that my older songs will be freely avaliable for use, in comercial and non-comercial projects. However, you must give me credits (e.g., putting my artist name - song name in the credit of your project)


• If my songs were made after Neptune: you can still use my songs freely if your project is non-comercial, as long as you credit me, but if your project is something comercial, contact me.


• If my songs contain AI generated samples: according to the rules, i can still copyright AI work given enough human intervention. As i at most would use an AI generated voice or other very minimal content, my songs have human intervention enough, meaning i can copyright it as i want. But if you want to use my songs somehwere where AI is forbidden, at all costs, keep that in mind while using my songs


• If you don't want to use my songs in projects, but in videos: even if your channel is monetized, feel free to use my songs if you give me credit.

Keep in mind i can update the terms, using my songs means that you agree with the current terms.
